To have your labs drawn, you will:

Once received, follow included instructions in kit.

Must be fasted for 12 hours before lab draw

If phlebotomy is needed, take your lab kit to any of the "Any Lab Test Now" centers (approx. $25-$40 to have your labs drawn, walk-in's welcome)
